Garland Pool Deck and Patio Surfacing
An older concrete pool deck and covered backyard patio became a connected outdoor space with a tan, speckled rubber surface. These are photos from an Affordable Rubber Surfacing project in Garland, not a rendering or a stock example.

Finished pool deck and adjoining outdoor living area
The space before work
The project photos show worn concrete around the pool and across the covered patio, including discoloration and cracking in some areas. The pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, and connecting steps made this more than one flat slab. The new finish needed to look consistent across the connected backyard areas.
Patio before and after
Two views of the same covered patio show the change from the older concrete to the finished surface.

The finished pool and patio area
The completed photos show a consistent speckled finish from the pool perimeter toward the covered patio and outdoor kitchen. Its neutral color sits alongside the existing brick, landscaping, and pool tile without changing the yard's layout.
For a similar project, we first evaluate the existing base, drainage, edges, transitions, and intended use. A site visit and written scope determine whether a rubber overlay is suitable. Photos alone cannot establish the right preparation for another property.
